Adult Shabbat School and Shabbat Services

Adult Shabbat School is held on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM. It consists of a series of classes, held throughout the year, that are pertainent to congregational life, belief, and practice, the Jewish community's history, social, and religious make up, and other issues that are important to Congregation Bnai Maccabim, and today's Messianic Jewish community. There is no cost for the classes, and all are welcome to attend. Shabbat Services are on Saturday mornings beginning at 11:00 AM and ending at about 1:30 PM. Children (ages 4-12) are dismissed to their Shabbat School Classes just after the reading of the Torah. The children's classes continue through the end of services. At the conclusion of the services we eat a meal together called an Oneg. This meal is provided by members of our congregation, and all are welcome to join us for this meal.
