Shabbat T'shuvah (The Sabbath of Repentance) is the Shabbat that occurs between Rosh haShannah and Yom Kippur.  At the end of our regular services, we go to the beach to perform immersions and to do Tashlich.  Tashlich is a traditional practice where members of the Jewish community go to bodies of living water (rivers, streams, lakes, etc), and throw either bread or stones into the water.  As the stones sink, or the bread is caught in the current and washed away, we recite prayers as we symbolically cast our sins from us.  You are invited to join us in the very meaningful ceremony.
